This is based on my experince iutos IND a operation, they are completely the opposite to that of the typical service based IT organisation, wherein they keep track of each and every employee of their organisation, they make sure each employee is provided with moral support, work life balance, stress reduction, and provide enough suggestion and ship the hardware to the employee location so as to make the associate feel similar to office environment. They make their best to make employee feel comfort during this hard days. Don't think of any at this juncture, except, probably size of operation which they can increase with existing potential
