In my view Com1 is the best place for freshers as well as experienced professional. Even though company strength is just 50, they have proper company structure and policies. Unlike other fancy companies in Nagpur, they deliver what they promise. Management is very polite, they patiently listen to your issues and resolve them without wasting time. They talk openly and clearly, always keeping things simple and clear. Interview was easy to moderate. They give proper training to new joiners. Salary is credited on time.
