Columbia has retrenched lot of workers with out giving appropriate reasons and not even paid the dues and refuse to do so.

Dislikes

Never would like to work and recommend others never to take any employment. The worse company I have worked in my 34 years of experience.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
