Salary : Okay , as per industry standard and Free food

Training : Absolutely Zero. Career Growth: Spent only 4 months, can't predict . Seems only oldies will get promoted for their long term association with this Global Giant !! Travel : Only Oldies can get opportunity to travel abroad though they know nothing about system , Software , equipped with writing pad and pen to provide all wrong and fabricated information to the MD. Politics : Oldies are ruling the company . They got leverage from the Management to ill treat the newly hired employees. Still working in TALLY 9 , oldies have no knowledge on SAP , Oracle not even AXAPTA. They prefer to work in the old sluggish way, don't maintain any customer data / MIS , don't know advanced Excel and refuse to accept their inability. Learning : Oldies can learn from New joinees coming from big Corporate, however it seldom happens. Work environment : Pathetic in every aspect. Innovation : It may happen in the Factory level , never have seen it at Bandra office . Oldies are against innovation....Read More
