Being an ex-employee of the company, I can say the following things I liked about the company, 1. Good corporate culture with well- experienced management. 2. I was getting salary on time. 3. I was always appreciated with promotion for my work. 4. Top management were always supportive and they will always involve employee in meetings and decision making. 5. There is proper security in the office, you will never feel unsafe. 6. This is a safe and stable organisation. - Got my experience letter and all documents on time, their HR is very supportive. - I worked around 8 years in Columbia Petrochem ltd, because of family shifting and personal reasons i had to leave the company, but it was one of the best experiences i have ever experienced in my career....Read More

The work culture was very good. Had received a good package. They provide lunch and Snacks. The work culture is good without much office politics. Salary was on time.

There is nothing much to dislike.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
