It's a good place to work because they give us chances to do more and also have time for ourselves. Sometimes it's hard to understand everything because but the higher management is very supportive. But overall, it's a good place to learn and grow in our jobs.

Columbia Petro is a good place to work because every day comes with new challenges and learnings. The job is not easy, but we learn a lot, which is nice. Sometimes it's hard to know how to do better because we have new challenges every sinflw day. We need more help sometimes, which we always get from our higher authorities.
