In my 4 Years journey they are putting in same position, I am looking New role and position. minor workloads unexpected work increase, no person life and No excess manpower always issues with manpower. No incentive for extra work. Many I understand working with hospital industry. But if we not giving time to our family and friends, who work without returns.
