I am working more than 5 years here as dialysis unit supervisor.I am happy that the patients come here for dialysis are giving excellent feed back and willing to continue here for dialysis.This is the best dialysis unit I have ever worked.

I had a bad experience with company, Management is not transparent for the staffs they can support the staffs by taking more staffs when management genuine with them they have not giving a good salary hike
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. By comparing with salary workload is more, staffs are suffering like anything. There was nobody to appreciat dialysis staffs when other department staffs are getting appreciation everymonth too but these staffs are worked hard and left the company with great disappointment
