Plant manager is too much egoistic and don't like to hear other persons. Behave with employee with partiality that different view and treatment for different empoloyees. Outdated software are used in company

Company is very good for learning. Some HOD are very supportive.

Purchase department is very worst leader. He know only he is only legend. But he don't knows he is very bad and filmy person in company. After he remove company company environment is become very good. Also mechanical HOD not good
