It's a startup that's on a dedicated growth path. The salary is good with annual upraisals. I got to learn a lot here about designing, site management, material research, etc. and the work environment is very comfortable, and thankfully the owners call out the budding politics, if any.

Dislikes

Sometime the hours get really stretched, but we do get compensated with early offs or short leaves.

Work Details

It's really exciting, no project is the same, it's all new designs and so much to learn.
