Good food in the cafeteria and good facilities on premises. Apart from that substandard people.

Terrible Human Resources Department, right from the bosses to the Business partners. They refuse to answer queries, especially this guy called Ram in the HR department. Even Aditya, the HR head is half baked in his strategy and know how. Very political office staff.

Was hired to fix a defunct Learning and Development Department at this company, and was unceremoniously fired and the HR department refused to clear my dues. I made many calls and sent many messages to Ram, he kept ignoring them.

Only the good thing is worklife balance, and all the remaining areas are very bad. I dont know about all the sites, i am working in hyderabad site. So this review will applicable only for hyderabad site

Carrer growth is very less. Only people who praise they will get the opportunities, and the people who work consitently they are always been ingnored. Old corporate culture

Some leaders are subpar, constantly introducing their relatives and spouses without any need in requirements and prior experience as well, if they won't perform well leads should handle their work pressure. ..

Need to fight continuously in explaining the issues, the management needs to have technical knowledge too. The saying one Collins is just in words in actual it is not. Few domains have micro management. Only few people gets chance for learning on new technologies.

Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally.
