No work life balance, poor team coordination with operation team, amateur back office team, try to dump you on the time of increment, average job life is 6 months, poor response of HR, no working environment, dynasty hiring, no value of your work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
