There is nothing to like for this company. Synergy merged with colliers and to strengthen the project management sector.

This company is full of politics and bootlicker, those only will get good increment. They will not give you write direction to work.They will move you to multiple site of project. makes you feel like that you don't know anything. Many time they have fooled the clients and focusing on revenue generation only. I will not suggest to join the company in project management consultant division,it will make you feels like that you are working for contractor.However their office people life is quite good. Night shift will be there as per site requirement. Hr will always be hire below market standards pay. Mr Shantanu and Mr. Mukund from qs team are very generic and helpful people in the organisation. This is my first Corporate Office, so the culture, activities, trainings ,office campus I like it though due to work pressure I end up skipping them.

My team management understand my skills and strengths,but still want me to be under 10year old manager,what will I gain as technical knowledge. After handling people ,project ,site, why still I have to be mere drafter just because someone has 10 to 12 projects on his head. The only good thing about the company were some of the people who were extremely helpful and supportive. Employee engagement programmes were good and frequent.

1. Perhaps one of the most LA LA MNCs to exist in India. 2. Very cowardly management. They will not take steps against a highly problematic individual even if they see glaring concerns about behaviour, mass resignations, etc. 3. Management supports ethically and morally compromised leaders as they don’t want to deal with going through the motions of rectifying incorrect and problematic behaviour. 4. The Head Of Facilities Management vertical in North India is literally one of the worst human beings to exist. He abuses his employees, screams and shouts, imposes arbitrary rules to the extreme detriment of employees working under him without informing the company’s Human Resources Head, cunning, shrewd and morally very compromised.
