Colliers as an organization is a wonderful place. Its just the service line and it's leadership that will be the difference in how you fare and enjoy.

Dislikes

Decisions without proper planning or no planning especially in Facilities Management service line were detrimental to my tenure and enjoyment at work.

Work Details

Depends on what service line you are in. Mine was not a happy one.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
