One of my friend is there !! Actually he is doing his job from several years!! He is asking paid leaves and unpaid leaves but all the times his manager named - Mrs. Sharma always denied for leaves !! And no salary increment is there and salary is deducted without any reason no one had reason .. after asking so many time what the reason behind deduction .. she said we had no specific reason !! Neither do they give good salary, they take away the incentives that are due to them, they don't even give promotions. There is too much politics

I like one thing only that if you complete your target then you can take leaves and everyone will support you and after season time like from October to feb month you can enjoy of 5 days shift..there is no growth and opportunities like promotions sallery increment all these things

HR, leave without pay policy, they dont have Over time pay policy but deduct money even if you login 1 min less in sales process. Hold incentives for upto 3 years. Hire and fire policy. No learning, no during the job training l, no transparency, 6th floor is India and 7th floor is pakistan treat to aise hi karte hai

It's a good start up initiative of providing services to college as a third party.

Dislikes

People like Pranay Satpute, Dr. Nidhi Mathur, Khushboo, etc. are creating bad working environment. A lot could be done with this kind of business cycle but these people are like termites to the company. Hiring people like college picked or with with 1-2 year of experience then asking them to teach in Universities as experts, leading to destroy the future. Only paper work all the time.

In this company they will teach you how to be happy without anything. without proper salary, without family even without your health. Even in our hard situation also they will teach us how to work if you're sick manager will ask why you got sick it's not companies fault. here you can learn how not to live and work. No mental health no peace no work life balance have to work for 12 hours breaks are very stick. Worst organization I have ever worked with. They put false allegations on you,just to fire you so that they can cut the cost. Cheap management. Even manager don't know how to behave and cooperate.It's not about money....you want to fire, go for it but atleast don't put false allegations on people who works with such dedication and hardwork.
