It's just fraud govt I ever have experienced. They will charge too much for form nearly 7000-7500 for a single form. And then the criteria for selection will be totally different in brochure, and after a year when the exam date will come, they will say you are not eligible. Doesn't matter if you got degre from aiims / jipmer. They don't even return the money and wont allow you to seat in exam. Too much delay in process. As I have heard before that this fraud use to happen, many of my colleagues not to fill the form because here too much politics. A non eligible can opt for the job even.
