I joined as a relationship manager and seriously I never fell for this kind of trap . There are frauds with people also with innocent employees. I was left that company because there the work culture is the worst and the worst people are there , they are taking your money and also EPF money how nonsense people are staying there ,I just gave resigned and came back but they told me that you have done obscond. They only know how to make fool customers also to employees. And I am suggesting that you never join that company and not join their pgs. There are no good facilities.every one is trying to misuse if you are good. They are trying to force you to leave the job. I was suffering. Every one is included in the harassment.i have tried to contact HRS, they are not responding to my calls and also no reply from the sending mails. I have been trying for 2 months to contact about the EPF and about the reply of resignation mail. They said " We will not be able to provide any communication as you have not done any exit formalities. As per HR records you have been marked as Absconded from services. I will not be able to action anything on your profile." This is the situation of this company, i suggest that you don't go to join this company.if They will see these kinds of comments , It means,surely i know that they will change their rules and regulations.
