One of the best CEOs I have seen and down to earth person, the way interact with every EMP, which motivates every EMP. In a few months, I will complete 6 years, seeing from scratch the company as grown big. I wish the company should grow more & should come up in all the cities.

Not happy with a few leaders and the way they treat their team members. Every team has 2nd and 4th Sat Off Except Ops and Sales ( For managers we need to get at least 1 off extra ) ...

The only issue I face is not receiving my petrol allowance on time. Additionally, I have requested for the food allowance, but it has not been provided yet.

I have a concern regarding the timing policy.While the login is fixed at 11am , there is no specific timing logout time,which creates ambiguity and affect work-life balance. Additionally, i have noticed delays in management's responses to issues,which impacts the resolution process.

Nothing to like about company. Fraud company just go on LinkedIn and search Doing fraud with customer, building owner & employee.

Dislikes

Everything No salary on time. Poor management and doing partiality. They will play game while you ask for your own money. You have to beg for your own money & salary. Cheating customer, building owner & employee. Never provide any documents after resignation.
