What I dislike about this company is there is no proper increment, and for 2 years they did not put PF. if we ask Hr he will say I will check but he never gives a proper response. There is no incentive

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
