-Scientists expected to perform safety and EHS activities above and beyond their routine work. This can easily be handled by a small, dedicated and properly trained EHS team. --- Example : distribution of labcoats and PPE is not handled by admin and some scientists have to waste time dealing with such vendors. --- There are many such 'standards' which need to be followed like water stewardship, LOTO, electrical safety...etc - Similarly there is NO quality assurance dept to control R&D processes and take important decisions. Decisions are often taken on a whim and no one knows who has the final say. Quality activities are also distributed amongst scientists, each having their own opinions and interpretation of the 'standard'. It would be better to hire 2-3 experienced people to work with the existing 'quality coordinator' ( who is a single person ) to handle all these activites of the whole R&D. - limited innovation in products and work....Read More

Worst company ever, they do not care about the employees, they will go to any limit to spoil your career once they don't like you. Senior leadership is the worst. They will also cheat on your full and final settlement if you are not a manager favorite. Extreme level politics. Beware, i have seen so many people joining and leaving within months.

Company is a trend follower and not setter , outdated on technology and no new innovations or acquisition for expansion. Not a risk taker.
