Totally worst work culture, you need to be active 24×7, week off and leave not available, Mr. Rajeev Chandola manerless is controlled everyones salary cab hold your salary without any valid reason, you have listen everybody's taunt and abusive words from client to senior management. They will treat you like slave , salary credited on 10th, Don't have any team you have to be responsible for everything. 24×7 non stop calls, reports, if you start your work from morning 6 AM you will not able to complete till 12 AM midnight. Personal life will become hell and you will get a frustrating lifestyle. Totally disgusting work culture. You have to be one man army because company will not provide any manpower or team.
