The CEO of this company verbally abuses his employees. Not suitable for women. No growth, not on time payment. Very toxic environment.

Employees were really good although it was only less than 10 people in total staff including me and my fav was the Manager. They are really fun and it was the only good thing while working there.

Expected Something totally different, got something else in terms of the work I was doing, as the company stated that it was related to AI, ML, DS, etc. I never got to work on any project other than calling and some basic learning that I could have done or new already myself. When asked to let us work on some project he gave us a college students project title and wanted to make their one year project in a single day and that too with a software/language that we knew but never had experience with. It takes at least 3-4 days to learn any language and its syntax. It took half a day just to install the required libraries. Now let me tell you the salary of a paid Intern. It was mentioned Rs. 5000/- per month but its not even close. I didn't even get 5000/- in my 6 months tenure after working 9 hours a day including Saturday. My travel Expenses were more than the income (Rs 2.5k /m). Now the CEO, he is very good at discrimination. If you have paid for the internship then its okay but if you are working for free and he has to pay you 5000/- in 6 months then he has to right to abuse you whenever required according to him. That man has no standard, Though he has so much knowledge and talent he won't ever gain anyone's respect as he uses false language towards his employees for no good reason (mainly just to relieve his stress and scream at others). P.S. CEO was nice to me only in my first month and I actually felt okay to work there as I was learning a few things and suddenly after a month there is no learning process only B.P.O. and something that earn some money to company.
