It’s a very fast paced and relatively new organisation, so the exposure to technologies is decent but not exceptional.

Dislikes

The WLB goes for a toss with you working on every public holiday and weekends pretty much. Yes they compensate you for it for sure but there has to be a balance between mental peace and compensation.

Good learning curve but WLB goes for a toss. The management is sweet but is trying too many things out of the box.

It's not what it looks like. All gimmick. Folks are tired and angry at the management. Development work is at its lowest. Frequent changes to the management and ever changing project plans are only adding to the woes. Employees are only sticking to this company in the hope that the RSUs (RSU for less salary was a bad negotiation) are worth something if/when the company goes IPO
