Well there is good oppurtunity to earn more as there are incentive programs. Also we get learn lot in sales and marketing sector as there are multiple channels like acquisition team, conversion team, customer sales manager, operation channel etc so we get to learn lot of different concepts about logistics.

Dislikes

There is zero job security.They use to fire employees once their target is achieved. They only think about company's future without thinking about their employees. There is always work pressure as they have target based incentives more rather than fixed salary so we are continuosly under target pressure. Also as company is relatively new, so company culture is not properly development and work culture here is very poor. Also service level compared to competitors are very poor. Work Details

First i started working as part of acquisition team under which i registered different importers and exporters to use cogoport service for freight forwarding. Once i had registered significant number to shippers, i was tasked to start business with them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
