You can gain knowledge but the work life balance is nothing here. One day you’ll be the top employee and the next day they will fire you.

No balance. Gates closed after 10:30 am and opens at 6:30 pm like a school. Three Engineering managers due to many reasons and they mass laid off 300 people

Every promises they mad was fake. Poor work life balance, salary cut , strict timings. Layoffs occur every month. Gates are closed from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and you are not allowed to move outside the office campus. If one has to prioritise thier physical and mental health, they must avoid joining this company.

I am saying this because many times we do meetings while having coffee and eating pastry. It has helped us in team building. I have never experienced such a thing before. It is a unique thing which we do here. Friendly colleagues and managers you will get here.

If you wish to explore new technologies and learn real work things, it’s the place. Company is consistent in getting newer projects, so you will get to work on multiple software development aspects. It’s a good firm from my perspective.
