The company culture is so terrible that prepares you mentally for the worst situations in your life.

Forced to work 12 hours a day and getting paid 50% less than the promised salary is most disliked part. You are never treated as an employee but treated as a slave. I would strictly advice the fellow readers to refrain from joining this organisation.

Office is spacious with good infrastructure. We have a library to spend quality time in breaks, unlimited chai and coffee, and breathtaking views of Mumbai sunsets. There;s so much to learn and experience here. Professional-level training, challenging opportunities, and supportive colleagues and superiors makes this workplace special for me. Besides, we are given benefit of health policy too.

Here we often have meeting to talk about project stuff and how we work. Sometimes these meetings go on for a while, but our seniors make sure we stay active by providing coffee and pastries. It helps us feel more relaxed and not tired during meetings. Also, many times, our seniors treat us to team dinners and pizza. I feel it's all about making everyone feel comfortable and as one team. Company helps with relocation. Those who are selected and belong from different place of a state or comes from entirely different state are provided with connections and resourses including nearby societies, broker contacts, rental companies. I personally have experienced it as I belong from a different state. It was a soothing experience for me in finding a good and safe place to stay. Thank to them....Read More

Thanks to the company for still letting us have the advantage of work from home facility. A while ago, I had some personal issues back home and needed to stay there. I talked to the HR team, explained my situation, and asked if I could work from home. They understood and agreed, so I worked from home and managed to handle everything. Within a week, I was back in the office.

Not a single thing to like about the organisation. They have also cheated many clients and customers. They are fraudsters. Even got banned from Cosco Line. Also have not paid their export clients based in China, Vietnam.
