There was extreme levels of biasness in the office. Workload was very high and on weekends also we had to work but we were not paid for over time. The salary was very low for the work they were taking from us.

It's all about self learning as company is not able to refund adequate amount of your efforts as both form such as monetary or non-monetary. No one is able to support skills and knowledge everything is dependent over your own efforts and ability. Management doesn't have any prior information about their job position category too. I personally do spend more than one year in company in the hope to get better hype in career and company could provide me opportunity as per efforts that I had put on. Managers of the company are worthless. They can also take work from their employees even if the person is in ICU. They think about their work not the health of their employees. No perks and no rewards only threats of termination. No value of an employee, not any appreciation for good work but they scold you for small mistakes. They o nly target freshers from whom they can take advantage like 5000 words on a stupid file in one day. They make person fool and take advantage of their unemployment....Read More

Mismanagement of HR, deducting salary was unjustifiable and also was not resolved. It's better to leave without serving any notice period here because while following the resignation process they might deduct your almost 80% salary without any information or any reason.
