More Politics (I have overall 3 years of Experience but still iam a PA, I have no client escalations and very good performer but always I will get 2nd Rating) Hike is very low No work life balance, it depends on project you work. Chinese projects are really bad in cognizant.

This is about my current project, My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product testing. Will receive a requirement, after analyze the requirement, will plan the test design and then will start the test execution part.

If you are freasher and really scared of company then cognizant is best place to start as career. You will feel confident, industry ready and they will well groom you. They pay good among tcs infosys. Work culture is good. Management varies from project to project. Mine was okey okey. Companies policy is good. Sometimes location constraints do happen for certain people but later on by project and all they manage to get there desire location (talking about before pendamic)....Read More

My overall expirence was good. Today what I am is because of cognizant. I would not say I disliked anything but yes I feel some people deserve to get good rating to get promoted. I am not saying they give worst rating but always put you in average bracket. That must be communicated with employee with the perfect reason not just for formalities shake.
