I like cognizant company but the management is worst they treat employees like school kids

management is worst and they always focus on extra curricular activities rather than performance and management will take wfh when ever they want but rejects for operators and if we ask for leaves they say take leave and mark them as upls

Average company with all the bads ,Good for Freshers with little or no knowledge . Appraisals are good but u don't know when u will get apparaisals

No Management No fixed salary date Even they stop apparaisals or delay apparaisals without even informing you when u go to enquire they will always so that they lack funds or no update Technologies are not advanced

There is nothing to like in this company the only thing you can like is they provide you comfort zone. They never appreciate anyone for there work. You will get one samosa on diwali party but not allowed to take more than that. There is no construction work from last 20 years so no need to worry of dust or disturbance. Alot of dislikes, very first is appraisals they won't give appraisal and even if you go to management for appraisal they say i don't have any update on this or there is lack of funds and when you ask for appraisals to HR or management multiple times, they will treat you like you are doing some crime</mark>. First they told you like they will provide Arrears but they won't they will digest your money. Second is salary even after the service of 3 years i don't know the exact date of salary you may get after two months. No specific date. Alot of macro management only one person is handling everything. Even vice president of the company is not aware of anything. They are few persons in the management those are very illiterate even that don't know how to talk. They don't treat you as a engineers they treat you like a laborers. No chance for growth, if you made good relations with manager then might be chances that you get good work. But maintaining good relations you need to do alot of things do double shifts, work on Saturday and sunday and alot more. They is full politics in the office and favouriteism....Read More

It was a good experience. The thing is head employees are showing attitude and not give a space .They are not friendly. If you surviving notice period means you will be your own.No one helps you to complete your last days.They ll treat you like no one.

Management behaviour is not good,some of the head employees showing partiality and inequality between employees.
