It's all good untill you see yourself doing other stuff which is not related to work

If organisation desides to do something, then you are no one to argue it or change it, no matter it's benifits the employee or not, i have my 6 months appraisal loss Shifts getting extended without pay, you'll do the night shift and not getting allowance is normal, OT's are getting removed if login hours are not complete no matter if it system's fault or yours, senior employee behave like TL's, TL's behave like Managers and Managers are micro managing things and so on..!...Read More
