There might be job security, but still I feel my department is a bit more about the monotony and same desk job again and again. There are inter department transfers (that too a few) and importance is given to education of students still studying and working but not that much.

Even though they claim, that there is importance given to a good candidate's studies and education, they only grant leaves to those visiting village for family functions and events. And never question them that if you wanted so many leaves why are you working? But questions the employees taking leaves that if you wanted to study, why did you join us? Hence the multiple amount of resignations taking place. I'm not saying the company's too bad, but it's not so good either. Cogencis was my first job....the journey was awesome 😊😊even manager and team members were mind blowing and awesome ppl...I really miss them all. I knw I will never meet them in other firm 😔😔
