There is no salary benefit as the company release the Allowance after every 4months from the date of submission of bills and also the same is not sure as you will receive the full amount raised or as per company norms they will deduct the amount as per their interest. Company work culture is also not much good as you will not get appreciated for your work and will be assigned more work to you. Company will pressurize you to do system work and field work both in the same time and if you work extra for long hours company will not see that they will only look there work is been completed or not if not they will scold you....Read More
