With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I liked to work with colleagues in coface.

Dislikes

No proper training and support will be provided for team lead post. Manager reaction will be more demotivated and disappointed. Decent salary for the Team lead position is not paid.

Good work life balance and company is taking care of health of employees with better health insurance and good leave policy. No rotational shifts at all. Good infrastructure. Yearly office trip, team lunch every quarter and Monthly birthday celebration are other activities which helps to boost the morale of employees.

Nothing,most toxic working environment,manager don't even bother about employees struggle,they just want there target work to be completed on time, i request the management to please change the supervisor shakhivel from his burden
