1.First and main thing there is proper manager who is having professional ethics.CEO venkat sir hired a girl but she is not having any experience and she doesn't have professional ethics and she don't know how to respect the employees. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
