I discovered that the founders could not handle difficult situations and were very afraid of making bold decisions. There was no job security, and the senior leadership was entirely corrupted. Here's the revised text: 1. Senior leadership is completely ineffective. 2. There is a lot of favouritism and politics at the mid-level. 3. Lack of job security. 4. Inadequate incentives and increment policy. 5. Limited opportunities for career growth. 6. Those who flatter their superiors have an unfair advantage, as they are the only ones getting promoted.

No designated place for smokers, we need to go outside the building for smoking. This is a issue with Unitech Cyber Park Building although. But Coding Ninjas is best place to work.

Overall vision of the company is good. But it depends under which department you are working for. I worked with Growth Dept and there was a lot of shift internally within teams , to change of complete team.

Dislikes

No job security They hire and fire. Read this again. The Head of Dept of Growth team is highly sexist. He doesnt guide you or help you out. Many under him have felt same, but since he is favourite of upper management team no one says it loud. Dont go by other reviews, most of them is asked by HR to submit as soon as you join the firm.
