Exposure and Learning is great.

Dislikes

The company culture on paper is innovative, but not in REALITY. Some of the long term employees are toxic and they bring more bad than good to the company. The management has to be all ears and have a metric to measure the long term employees. They can’t just blindly assume the deeds done by them are correct. The management has somefuturistic plans but the long term employees are pulling them back. If this continues, the company will just have long term employees playing all the politics among themselves. This is a serious concern. Founders need to give chance for the change to come in and make wonders. Be quick to the market rather than spending enormous amount of time making changes as per individual perspective....Read More
