There is no job security. Depends on the present situation, they can fire you anytime. The present situation of the company is worst. Do not think to join here as the current employees are in the horrible situation. It is the only one company who doesn’t judge an employee by their whole year work. The employees get judged by the so called review procees in just 15-30 mins and this kind of situation is going from the last year, i.e., 2022. They fired so many people intentionally.
