Most of the time, they work in Unifi (their own CMS). As per management rules, at least two new courses should be completed by everyone every year, but they can't take up any projects on new technology. The worst part is the HRBP team. They create new accounts and give positive reviews about the company everywhere. If anyone wants to improve their skills, please don't come here. If money matters, you should join here...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
