The biggest thing that I personally like is, that there are no politics, things are very transparent. No such pressure if you are honestly working. Time to time outings, parties, every year 10-12 days work from the mountain, Proper holidays, the environment is great.

I had a bad experience with code calibre. The recruiter, Radhika Negi, was unprofessional and rude behaviour. She didn't respond to messages and emails to schedule an interview, making me think they weren't serious about hiring the candidate. This reflects poorly on their professionalism and candidate experience.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
