Coca cola has been a great company to work with, the people are the best, the culture is intact and the company did its best to provide us the assistance we needed.

Compensation is far from what we expected, hopefully this would be fixed base on our daily needs.

For the 5 years working experience with Coca-Cola Femsa Philippines is a good company with a great to family and employee opportunities. Practices to really works under pressure but gives the right salary and you deserved. Learn to understand and analyzed in a holistic approach.

Working with several operators was good.

My team was good, working with them was a good experience for me, I enjoyed and learned many good things in the line through the help of my colleagues. I was just unlucky because I was supervised by an incompetent supervisor who does not know how to value his people.

Not exciting. I was surprised by how they offer wages/salary to an experienced worker like me. I just grabbed the opportunity for me to learn more.
