There is very high job security, high opporunity of learning for self motivated person, salary is not bad compared to other CPSE.

very poor working culture, labour intensive organisation dominated by workers union in all decision making, terrible infrastructure facility like quarters, guest house office etc. coal fields are in extrem remote location, No social life at many projects. friction between officers due to huge generation gap among officers. many toplevel ececutives at projects and head of projects have no idea of personnel, HR management, leading to high attrition rate by young officers. No motuvation to work in other than timely salary payment. officers get their performance related pay after every 3-4 years....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
