There is no any social distancing maintained at unit level. Its only khana purti about social distancing and all precaution regarding covid 19.

Dislikes

No working culture, No any proper working style and environment. Only buttering is done which is sucessful.

supervision the safety of all mining operation Environment related job and all miscellenious job whichever is required by seniors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
