job security ,career growth ,salary,work-life balance is very good.very less work load , you can do any innovative things in field but that has not to negative impact on production of coal.

work environment is hazardous for health . We have to do same work daily.As an E&M manger you have to work under mining manager for your entire career.

Work Details

As an assistant manager Electrical and Mechanical i have to manage my all workman for timely maintenance of all electrical and mechanics equipments and if they are not able to do that work than we have to tender that work for outsider expert agencies.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
