Good office in Phoenix Mall, earlier name was CNRG Energy, now known as Fortive, Library sponsored by employees, I was employed for 1.25 years

Dislikes

Basic learning, Experienced should never join, Inexperienced manager, HR not helpful to resolve employee queries, Zero work life balance, Fraud management, Last minute objective setting followed by negative reviews??? Even peons don't stay for long durations

Work Details

Though associate joins positively, management & manager need to ensure that level of positivity is at least maintained, improvement is far apart. Associates, people are not respected here, worst experience I had.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
