Management is very poor and unskilled They are dependant on US team for every small decision despite being a product company No review meeting happens but then in appraisals you see concerns from managers Too much politics No work life balance since you have to be available in morning for indian management team and evening for US management team No timely appraisals Biased behaviours of managers 2 days wfo mandatory else manager force you to apply for leave and this wasn’t told by hr at the time of joining Even if you complete 2 days wfo, if anyone from US team visits gurgaon ofc, manager forces you to come to office HR are biased to managers and donot take feedbacks from employee Overall there is no single policy in favor for employees...Read More

Company completely unstable as far as management is considered for the last one year plus which impacts overall environment No salary increments in 2024 Flexibility on decrease Other benefits like travel and entertainment and communications also being hit this year which makes this company not very attractive for 2025 and beyond
