Once this company was excellent for any working employee. The policies was really very very good and excellent for employees. But for last 5 to 6 years it has deteriorated and HR has been defunct

Working environment has deteriorated . The mossle managers and the top managers has become root less. They do not have the real information of the field. The organistion is running only on false data reporing and far away from realty. People are psharing data sitting at their home and only that data which the higher management love to see. Far far away from reality.
