CMS Infosystems is a very good company for learner, but it is not a good company to make your life. You have to move out after getting good experience. Don't expect Salary hike, or a good Salary, Salary structure is very poor here specifically for engineers who are working day and night for this company and don't even get their conveyance or any over time or any medical or any kind of benefit. They are not providing Salary on time ( at least when i was working there) They don't provide good basic, even their salary structure is laser then Govt. approved daily wages this is pathetic

Work is hectic but you will surely learn a lot,You have to work more than 10 hrs daily, in many projects, you have to work almost 27 to 28 days of a month and you will not get any monitory rewords or pay for extra work.

From work culture to appraisals. Only the manager’s favourite get good appraisals and work from home. Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. It has an Indian babu culture.

I have save all penalty for pune circle of my clients pnb ,sbi and the cms head mr ajaykumar Pandey is very disgusting manager I have ever seen I have a medical emergency in my home and I'm there for the same company will not allowed the leave and they said you will abscond in cms . In cms company I'm working from 3 years and they treat me like a waste thing no medical policy given to employee

No Like for this worst company, only harassment of employees, only strict rules for timings. They are doing business by contract HR will contact you for interview in CMS Info Systems, but your joining will be in Dominant Systems and salary structure is very poor.

No increment, no benefit, no allowance for extra duty hours, no proper Managment, no HR team to hear your concerns, only, poor growth in company. No revision in salary even after 4 years. You can't share your views with anyone because you will be rotate by CMS and Dominant.
