Meerut regional office environment is very disappointed.Biased behaviour among employees.HR supports only their department.only tenure employee can survive here.if a new employee join here and these people came to know that this employee knows better than you than they all not support you and search the ideas how you can say goodbyeto company as soon as.1 employee is working as a senior's driver,making bills of hotels and travelling while he is only a backend executive.personal ego is very high.no one is here to ask the old employees what is there KRA.1 employee is getting hike 3000 per year while 1 is getting only 500 rs per year because he have a senior`s hand in his head....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing because no job security in a custodian no skill development program in my region.Carrer growth is not possible in this company.Company culture is very bad no one like custodian is a live person.

Dislikes

A custodian need a perfect vehicle but company provide unfit vehicle no fitness no insurance no pollution certificate available.Above fifty lakh two gunman are compulsary but company provide only one regularly in four year service.my daily cash indent is 1 crore or above and cash pick up value like 60 lakh. Vehicle tyres also bad condition no one replace in timely.any one survive this condition.In my merrut region this facility provide company all the employees. Thank you...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
