Recently in the month of October 2024 joined as security Guard in the CMS Shopping mall, Machilipatnam.Got the training in the Vijayawada , CMS shopping mall. And finished the training in Vijayawada 15 days. After that work is alloted in TTD Kalyan mantap Machilipatnam which is not CMS shopping mall work site.. Here I worked for twodays after that some minor clash (arguments)happened between security guard. I just informed to cms shopping mall Machilipatnam site heads (Sarthi )about this after taken the ID cards by them .After that requested please allot the work came from middle class background whatever I m getting salary I need to manage home including rent and food .. After so many requests got appointment to Naidu Garu who is in charge of cms shopping mall site head construction before launching the cms shopping mall..Site heads created rumours bad thing with colleagues and finally removed from the job..Without intervention of HR and no warnings . At least warning should’ve given..Nobody will remove for small arguments for employees . At least HR intervention will be there to discuss what happened at the alloted site and in the site no cameras at all how it will be decided based on rumours (created about them Sarthi floor manager etc). This is what happened actually..I m sending the info reg my experience what happened.. Please take a feedback and ask co employees who also came to training about me. Removing from company is easy but allegations made on me it’s not correct.i am not requesting a job but do proper investigation before removing job from can shopping mall Machilipatnam...Read More
