1. No benefits such as PF, Diwali bonus, can't cash leaves. 2. Many school functions to attend else LOP 3. Pleasing parents and not supporting teachers enough 4. Unstructured and poorly organized 5. Poor planning 6. Can't maintain timing 7. Collecting unnecessary money from students 8. Forces teachers to attend school functions 9.Treated teachers very poorly such that I ended up with food poisoning from the lunch arranged by the school 10. Planning is always poor 11. Confuse students and then call the children are messy and don't have discipline 12. Discipline is not followed every day 13. Keep things to the last minute 14.
